From 28 to 30 April 2026, CEMMAC held its annual management workshop at Hotel pod Lipou in Modra. This year's event brought together 29 managers and senior leaders from across the company.

The main focus of the workshop was to review the company's financial performance for 2025, present CEMMAC's strategic direction, and define key objectives for 2026. The programme also included discussions on the opportunities and challenges that will shape the future development of CEMMAC a. s. and its subsidiary, CEMMAC Beton s. r. o.

In addition to the business sessions, the workshop featured a variety of team-building activities designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and shared experiences. Participants tested their driving skills at a skid control training centre, took part in the team challenge "Treasure Under the Linden Tree", and visited the nearby town of Smolenice, where they learned about the production of traditional Slovak mead and discovered the craftsmanship behind this unique honey-based beverage.

We believe this year's workshop once again provided valuable insights, fresh inspiration, and memorable experiences for everyone involved. We are already looking forward to meeting again at next year's event.
